3 Week Diet

The 3 Week Diet

NEW YORK, NY / October 6, 2016 – Dieters frustrated with typical diets that either don’t work or that produce minimal weight loss now have another choice — a revolutionary program that guarantees weight loss of 12-23 pounds in just three weeks.

The program, which is being called “The 3 Week Diet,” was developed by Brian Flatt, an experienced nutritionist and personal trainer from Southern California. He says he created the program as a solution “to all of those ‘mainstream’ diet programs which are time-consuming, inefficient and just plain ineffective.”

“After reading well over 500 medical studies, dozens of diet books and reviewing hundreds of diet systems, programs, gadgets, pills and potions, I have put together what I feel is the ultimate rapid weight loss diet system,” Flatt said. “This program is the result of more than a decade of research and more than two and a half years of real-world tweaking and testing.”

One big difference between this program and other diets is its focus on cellular inflammation, Flatt indicated.

According to Flatt, cellular inflammation is the real cause of weight gain, yet most diets ignore that fact.

“If we take control of cellular inflammation, we can effectively increase our ability to lose weight, burn fat, increase metabolism and keep body fat from ever coming back,” Flatt said.

His 3 Week Diet also:

Focuses on correcting the bad information dieters receive
Avoids counting calories or the “eat less – exercise more” mantra that the medical community has been pushing for decades
Gives dieters an easy to follow, step-by-step plan of action
Produces quick results so dieters don’t get discouraged and continue jumping from diet plan to diet plan

“Most of the diet plans out there approach weight loss with a slow and sensible approach,” Flatt said. “Yes, it’s true that if you eat certain foods and work out really hard for an hour or so every day, you will lose weight. The problem, however, is that the weight comes off way too slowly because these types of diet plans don’t attack the stubborn, stored body fat.”

Flatt designed his program to provide dieters with essential nutrients that the body needs for good health and proper functioning, while eliminating all those nutrients that slow — and even stop — a person from burning fat.

The program not only gives dieters a step-by-step blueprint to lose weight, but also utilizes supplements that help dieters recruit body fat to be burned for fuel, maintain lean body mass, and increase their metabolism.

The 3 Week Diet focuses on three main components to help dieters lose unwanted weight: diet, exercise and mindset. Dieters learn what to eat, when to eat and how to eat to lose weight. They also get supplement and exercise tips to speed up their weight loss even more. Finally, they develop the mindset, or willpower, to lose weight and keep it off. The 3 Week Diet was developed by health and nutrition coach and personal trainer Brian Flatt. Brian is the owner of R.E.V. Fitness, a personal training facility based in Southern California.

Hillary (the Birther?) Clinton

Hillary, the creator of ISIS in Libya

To Hillary Clinton, Libya was—and still remains—a major achievement. “We came, we saw, he died,” she crowed in October 2011. “Smart power at its best” is how Clinton described it during the most recent Democratic debate.

However, then-Secretary of Defense Robert Gates, who opposed the U.S. intervention, frustratingly said, “We were playing it by ear.”

And the consequences of that improvisation are still being felt today. Libya is embroiled in the refugee crisis as part of Libya is under the control of ISIS – and Hillary is responsible.

Hillary, the Birther

The allegation about Obama’s birthplace tracks back to the bruising 2008 Democratic primary between Obama and Clinton. According to a Telegraph article, as early as April 2008, a Clinton supporter passed around an email that questioned where Obama was born.

“Barack Obama’s mother was living in Kenya with his Arab-African father late in her pregnancy,” it said. “She was not allowed to travel by plane then, so Barack Obama was born there and his mother then took him to Hawaii to register his birth.”

The cry that Obama was not a legitimate candidate grew much louder in June 2008.

John Avlon, editor-in-chief of the Daily Beast, explored the roots of the birther movement in his book Wingnuts: How the Lunatic Fringe Is Hijacking America. Avlon described a posting on the PUMA website with the heading “Obama May Be Illegal to Be Elected President!” He wrote that a Clinton volunteer in Texas, Linda Starr, played a key role in spreading the rumor.

Starr connected with Pennsylvania attorney Philip Berg in August and Berg followed up by suing in federal court to block Obama’s nomination. The suit was thrown out repeatedly on the grounds that Berg lacked standing and the U.S. Supreme Court ultimately refused to hear his appeal. Obama was already “too big to fail.”

It’s an interesting bit of history that the birther movement appears to have begun with Democrats supporting Clinton and opposing Obama. But Trump, and others who have made this claim, neglect to mention that there is no direct tie to Clinton or her 2008 campaign.

It is a fact that Obama’s passport was a fake. I demonstrated, with Photoshop, that Obama’s passport was fabricated with layers that Photoshop could peel off. Of course, the fact that Obama’s passport was a fabricated fake does not mean that Obama was born in Kenya. It does, however, raise questions about Obama’s origin.  To see my blog post which deconstructs Obama’s passport, click on

Is Hillary risking WWIII?

Hillary is for no-fly zones in Syria. This will bring the U.S. in direct confrontation with Russian aircraft. Is it worth it to risk WWIII by shooting down a Russian aircraft.

Hillary’s $2 Billion Clinton Foundation Bribes many of the mainstream reporters and talking heads.

The top newcasters have received a free membership in The Clinton Foundation. Unlike others, they do not have to pay the $20,000 entrance fee. This amounts to an out and out bribe.

The list includes: CNN’s Anderson Cooper and Christiane Amanpour, Fox’s Greta Van Susteren, NBC’s Matt Lauer and Tom Brokaw, New York Times‘s Thomas Friedman and Nicholas Kristof, Fox Business Network’s Maria Bartiromo, Yahoo’s Katie Couric, The Economist‘s Matthew Bishop, and Financial Times‘ Lionel Barber.

The Clinton Foundation has revealed that none of these journalists were asked to pay the $20,000 membership fee required of members. However, it’s safe to say that access to big name journalists was a key selling point for paying Clinton Global Initiative members.

Petraeus, Obama and Hillary are the founders of ISIS

“We support the legitimate government of Syria, and it’s my deep belief that any actions to the contrary in order to destroy the legitimate government will create a situation which you can witness now in the other countries of the region,” Putin added, pointing to ongoing lawlessness in Libya.” – Putin. Meanwhile, America’s best weapon in the fight against ISIS may be its greatest foe — al Qaeda, according to ex-CIA head David Petraeus. Unfortunately, U.S. officials are listening to him. Petraeus asserts allegedly “moderate” members of al Qaeda’s Nusra Front could be relied upon to rid Syria of ISIS. Petraeus is the guy (along with Obama and Hillary that contributed to the formation of ISIS in Iraq, Syria, Libya, and on its way to America.

Marco Rubio

Rubio Helps His Narco-Dealer Brother-in-law.

How Rubio helped his cocaine-dealing ex-con brother-in-law acquire a real estate license.

In Marco’s junior year of high school, his sister Barbara’s husband, Orlando Cicilia, was arrested for his role in a drug-trafficking ring. Sentenced to twenty-five years in prison, he was paroled in 2000.  The arrest added to the strain on the family. Rubio’s grade-point average at the end of his senior year was 2.1; he was allowed to graduate after attending summer school. He went on to a small college in Missouri, transferred to a community college, and ultimately graduated from the University of Florida, in 1993.

When Marco Rubio was majority whip of the Florida House of Representatives, he used his official position to urge state regulators to grant a real estate license to his brother-in-law, and convicted cocaine trafficker who had been released from prison only 20 months earlier, according to The Washington Post.

In July 2002, Rubio sent a letter on his official statehouse stationery to the Florida Division of Real Estate, recommending Orlando Cicilia “for licensure without reservation.”

Cicilia got his hearing from the Real Estate Division and, the next day, he was approved. He was officially a real estate agent.

Three years later, when Rubio was looking for a new home, he turned to the real estate agent in the family to help him arrange the purchase: Orlando Cicilia got the commission for that.

Rubio did not disclose in the letter that Cicilia was married to his sister, Barbara, or that the former cocaine dealer was living at the time in the same West Miami home as Rubio’s parents.

Rubio has also declined to say whether he or his family received financial assistance from Cicilia, who was convicted in a high-profile trial of distributing $15 million worth of cocaine. The federal government seized Cicilia’s home; the money has never been found. Is Rubio and his family sharing in part of that wealth?

Cicilia, 58, still lives in the same home as Rubio’s mother and has appeared at campaign events for Marco Rubio. Rubio-affiliated PACs and campaigns, including his ongoing presidential operation, have paid Cicilia’s two sons more than $130,000 in the past decade—and for what?

Danielle Brian, executive director of the Project on Government Oversight, a government watchdog group in Washington, said Rubio’s role concerned her.

“Someone who serves their time should be a productive member of society, and it’s important for families to help each other, but it’s wrong to use your public office for personal or private gain,” Brian said.

Ted Cruz

Team Obama Joins Donald Trump’s Attack On Ted Cruz’s Citizenship

Cruz and alleged mistresses

Cruz and alleged mistresses

Cruz has a problem in that the National Enquirer is reporting that he has or has had six mistresses, including “a hooker, a teacher & coworkers.
Yes! The new issue of The National ENQUIRER — on newsstands now — reveals how the reports say the staunch Republican is hiding FIVE different mistresses! “Private detectives are digging into at least five affairs Ted Cruz supposedly had,” claimed a Washington insider. “The leaked details are an attempt to destroy what’s left of his White House campaign!” Apparently, the National Enquirer story has nothing to do with Donald Trump but comes from the organization of Marco Rubio—it’s Cuban on Cuban (or is that Canadian?).

In light of the recent charges that Tec Cruz may not be eligible for the Presidency because of his Canadian birth a lawsuit has been filed against his legitimancy as a candidate at :

The Obama administration might hold a grudge against Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump after he repeatedly questioned the president’s birth certificate, but it seems willing to join Trump in questioning Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX).

Earnest was happy to feed the narrative questioning Cruz’s citizenship.

“It would be quite ironic if after 7 or 8 years of drama around the president’s birth certificate if Republican primary voters were to choose Senator Cruz as their nominee,” he said. “Somebody who actually wasn’t born in the United States and only 15 months ago renounced his Canadian citizenship.”

Talking Heads behind the candidates:

Rick Fancona

Rick Fancona

Rick Francona, ex military, FOX favorite,  spouts the party line—the Russians are bombing our allies in Syria, etc. To Fancona, Al Nusra, the Al Qaeda group is one of our allies – the other are the four or five guys the U.S. has sponsored in Syria—to the tune of half a billion dollars.

Foreign Policy behind the candidates:

There’s a good reason so many GOP candidates seem to be well-prepared yet uncannily in sync when it comes to foreign policy: Most of them have tapped the same group of experts for guidance – this group of experts is called “The John Hay Initiative.”

The “John Hay Initiative,” is a nonprofit organization (except for the lucky people on its payroll). It was named after the private secretary to Abraham Lincoln who eventually rose to be Teddy Roosevelt’s secretary of state. The John Hay Initiative works in secret and HAS NO WEBSITE.

It’s first public event was a national security speech parroted by 2016 hopeful Sen. Marco Rubio on September 17 at the GOP presidential debate. Rubia used the debate to full advantage delivering a performance that many pundits said helped him stand out on the crowded stage. Actually, it only proved that Rubio could read what the John Hay Initiative told him to say.

This group of more than 150 senior foreign policy and national security “experts” and former officials was founded by three of the top leaders of the Romney 2012 foreign policy team: Eliot Cohen, former State Department counselor; Eric Edelman, former undersecretary of defense for policy; and Brian Hook, former assistant secretary of state for international organization affairs.

Mitt Romney is on the group’s advisory council, along with top Romney campaign foreign policy representatives Sen. Norm Coleman, Sen. Jim Talent, Tim Pawlenty, Amb. Paula Dobriansky, and Michael Chertoff, among others.

Ever since Romney lost the race in 2012, his foreign policy team has been working to remain intact, become a resource for as many primary candidates as possible, and position itself to influence the next president (unless that is Donald Trump). For candidates who haven’t the time, resources or knowledge to build their own foreign policy staffs at this stage, the John Hay Initiative, is a handy tool to get smart fast on complicated subjects and even hand off some heavy lifting on national security issues.

Mitt Romney’s finger is still in the pie and now he is showing his enormous jealousy over Donald Trump. Rather than see Trump win, Romney will attempt to destroy the Republican Party.
