 Governor Sarah Palin's SAT Scores The Scholastic Aptitude Tests (SATs) are given yearly to high school students as part of their entrance requirements for college. Today we received an email with Sarah Palin’s purported SAT scores. Palin took the test back in 1982, and if these are truly her scores, she is not as far below average as one might think. Cost: And yet Japan produces all that high-quality care at bargain-basement prices. The aging nation spends about $3,500 per person on health care each year; America burns through $7,400 per person and still leaves millions without coverage. Canadians live three years longer and are healthier than Americans, and the lack of universal health care in the United States may be a factor, researchers say.
