The funds have been drained out of this country by the Iraq war, along with its consequences such as the high price of crude oil. No one dares say this. To be politically correct we have to blame it on the housing market. The housing market is a symptom, not the cause. The winner – Osama [...] Unfortunately Osama seems to have won, or one could say, we handed him the victory. The US defeated the Soviet Union not militarily, but economically. With the trillions spent uselessly in Iraq, the US housing market and the US dollar are collapsing along with the US economy, which is no longer sustainable. |
