For me, it all started when I heard KNBR (San Francisco) radio host Ralph Barbieri say: “Talk among the golf media people is that Elin may have broken as many as four of Tiger’s perfect teeth on Thanksgiving night.”
According to Star Magazine, Elin Nordegren confronted Tiger’s alleged mistress, Rachel Uchitel, by phone on Thanksgiving night. Reports claimed Elin yelled at Uchitel: “I know everything.”
Within seconds, Elin and Tiger were involved in a furious fight. As Star reported, “things got so heated Elin threw her cell phone at Tiger, hitting him in the face and breaking his tooth.”
“She then grabbed a golf club and chased him around the house, doing tens of thousands of dollars of damage,” a source close to Tiger told Star. “Tiger ran out to his Escalade barefoot to get away from her” — and was in such a state of panic that he crashed into a fire hydrant and a neighbor’s tree after pulling out of his driveway.
At the scene, Elin gave paramedics two pill bottles one of Ambien and the other Vicodin. Tiger slipped in and out of consciousness, snoring at the scene, clearly under the influence of something – not alcohol.
Tiger Woods’ Mom Kultida and Elin Nordegren’s Mom were at the Florida mansion at time of crash, and appeared moments after Woods ploughed his Cadillac Escalade into a fire hydrant and then a tree, a neighbor told investigators.
“The cops came, the Windermere cops came first, then the security guards came,” said Kimberly Harris, who lives next door to Woods.
Some wag said, “Tiger Woods is the first person in history to run his car into a hydrant and set himself on fire.”
TMZ reported Tiger Woods was admitted to Health Central Hospital for an overdose the day after Thanksgiving. According to sources “connected with the hospital” the admissions chart lists “OD” and that Tiger was having trouble breathing.
Woods was reportedly admitted under an alias – William Smith, which was changed several hours later for fear of leaks.
A couple of days later, on Tuesday, December 8th Elin Nordegren frantically called 911 operators early Tuesday morning. “Oh my god, my mom just collapsed.” On the recording, you can hear a baby crying in the background – gosh, this is just like the folks who live in the projects.
Shortly thereafter the paramedics arrived and Elin’s Mom was transported to a hospital in yet another celebrity gurney episode.
As if things weren’t bad enough, on Monday, December 14th, Tiger Woods’ estate experienced a “gas pipe rupture,” with police and fire rescue crews being called to the scene. We hope that Tiger wasn’t “taking the pipe” or striking his head in the oven of the gas stove.
Meanwhile, more women continue to join the “I Banged Tiger Club.”
Then this news breaks:
NEW YORK (AP) – A Canadian doctor who has treated golfer Tiger Woods, swimmer Dara Torres and NFL players is suspected of providing athletes with performance-enhancing drugs, according to a newspaper report.
The New York Times reported on its Web site Monday night, December 14th that Dr. Anthony Galea was found with human growth hormone and Actovegin, a drug extracted from calf’s blood, in his bag at the U.S.-Canada border in late September. He was arrested Oct. 15 in Toronto by Canadian police.
Using, selling or importing Actovegin is illegal in the United States.
Galea visited Woods’ home in Florida at least four times in February and March, the newspaper reported, to provide that platelet therapy after his agents were concerned by his slow recovery from June 2008 knee surgery.
Asked about Woods’ involvement with Galea, agent Mark Steinberg told the newspaper in an e-mail: “I would really ask that you guys don’t write this? If Tiger is NOT implicated, and won’t be, let’s please give the kid a break.”
Has Tiger become a bulked up steroid monster? Is he the Barry Bonds of golf? Has Dr. Galea anything to do with Tiger’s great performances on the golf course, and in bed?
Is Tiger gonna hafta give his trophies back?
